About Me
I'm Michael Koby, and I love technology. I'm also a programmer, currently doing Ruby on Rails development for a small Houston startup. Here I talk about technology, programming, politics, movies, music, and anything else I feel I need to talk about. If you would like to know more, you can check out the About page.Popular Series

Adobe Releases AIR for Linux
Keeping good on their promise to bring their AIR platform to Linux, Adobe has released an alpha version of AIR for Linux today. This is great news for those looking to run AIR on their Linux desktops and Adobe should … Continue reading
MacDaily News Misses the Point
Last but not least, MacDaily News needs to get a serious clue and stop drinking the Apple kool-aid. I mean yes, Apple came out with some really cool stuff when it unleashed the iPhone on the masses but seriously, I have never read an article with so much fan-boyism in it. This includes Fake Steve Jobs, Seth Godin, Michael Arrington, Fred Wilson, and many, many more. The Twitterati section contains many of these same people’s twitter accounts and their latest posts. The Web 2.0 Minority
Over the past couple of weeks I have had several conversations with co-workers and fellow geeks that I am personal friends with. That might not sound that unusual, but when you consider that, on more than several occasions I have had to explain the concept of Twitter, Digg, Mahalo, and other Web 2.0 companies and ideas, it starts to make sense why I bring this up.
