Linux/Windows Haters
You have the Linux crowd that hates anything to do with Windows and believes that everyone should be using Linux. You Windows users who ask “why would you need something like Linux?” Then you have the OSX folks who just wonder what all the arguing is about in the first place. Why can some people not accept the fact that different people like to use different operating systems to be productive. Some are just more productive on a non-Windows machine. Creation Versus Evolution
A couple of weeks ago a “Creation Museum” opened up containing artifacts that help prove several Creationist ideas, including (but certainly not limited to) the idea that man and dinosaurs walked the earth at the same time. And just so there is full disclosure here, I want to point out that I’m a Creationist, I believe that God created the world in seven days. iTunes Plus & You
Let us recap real quick, people on the internet were complaining about DRM in the iTunes music tracks, so Apple and EMI release DRM-free tracks for purchase, the people still complain because their account information is embedded in the file. It seems that people are not going to be happy until they can purchase tracks from iTunes and upload them to their favorite P2P network. Continue reading

Anti-Homeschooling aka Ignorance is Bliss (I Guess)
I can always count on Digg to point me at something I can commentate on. For this week’s commentary, I want to look at this diatribe against home schooling.
For starters, I was home schooled for my last three years of high school. Three years before that, I was enrolled in small community based private school. And to top it all off I was in public schools from elementary to middle school. So I was actively involved in all three of the most popular forms of education. I met people that I work with while home schooling. I met my “life long” friend in middle school. I still talk to people I went to elementary school with. Continue reading →
