The 3rd season finale just aired and they are already filming 8 more episodes that HBO was planning on showing in January after ‘The Sopranos’ (to hook more viewers), both will now likely be seen in March, with the possibility of another (5th) 12 to 13-episode season for ‘Entourage’ starting just a few months later in the summer!
All I can say is “Freakin’ sweet!”

50K for 5MB that’s 10K per MB. Man talk about your dollar to byte ratios….

Step by step instructions on how to build your own wind generator can be found here. With my electric bill going up monthly, I wonder if something like this could help lower it, even if it’s just by 20-30 dollars a month that would help.
Living in the Southeast part of Texas, the summers here can be brutally hot and that can wreck havoc on an energy bill. I remember about 10-12 years ago, my dad installed a sprinkler system on the roof of his house to cool the house down. He ran PVC pipe up the side of the house and got it over the second story and the den. This cooled the house down considerably and made the upstairs (where my mother spent most of her time) bearable again. I’ve been considering finding an asthetic way to do something similar to my house: like using smaller pipes, running them on the back side of the house, and/or putting the pipe where the gutters should be.
Anyone else have interesting engery saving tips?

The title pretty much says it all. I have installed the Gallery2 web application and embedded it into my blog. This might seem a little redundent since I can upload photos to the Media page at TheKobys.com but like I said in the first blog post, that is a website that is meant to be geared towards my family and photos that have to do with that. The Gallery located on this blog will be more related to life in general, concert photos, general photography, and the occasional family photo.
So bookmark http://gallery.mkoby.com or click on the random image after the “Recent Entries” for all kinds of image goodness. There’s only a few items there right now, but there will be more soon enough.

Looks like Warner Bros. is going to release the latest season of Smallville to HD-DVD. Looks like I might need to highly consider upgrading my television and dvd player and consider HD.
