In a potentially devastating blow for satellite radio operators, drivers will be able to plug iPods directly into the stereo systems of a majority of 2007 models of Ford, GM and Mazda vehicles in the United States.
I personally owned an iPod for 6 months before getting Sirius. The reason for getting satellite radio? I wasn’t hearing anything NEW. I was only listening to MY music which I pretty much knew inside and out, I wanted to find new music to listen to and enjoy. So there is no way the iPod is killing Satellite radio.
